NOSA Logistics’ learnerships are SETA accredited programmes that combine workplace experience with structure learning (i.e. theory and practice). All learnerships are SAQA recongised and lead to a nationally recognised qualification.
Workplace experience is gained by learners working for employers for the duration of their learnership. Learnerships are sector specialised and address scare practical skills as identified by industry stakeholders.
This benefits the learner; in that, they gain practical skills by which they have been trained and benefits the employer as they are able to claim a rebate in accordance with Section 12H of the Income Tax Act No. 58 of 1962.
